01The need

Bring the player journey and organiser work together.

Registrations, payments, brackets and communication are often split across several tools. ClutchBooking was structured to keep these actions in one journey that works online and at physical events.

02The product

A public experience and a real operations tool.

I designed the product structure, interface, accounts, permissions, database, payments and organiser tools. Realtime updates keep brackets, scores and statuses current without constant page reloads.

  • Player, organiser and staff accounts
  • Free or paid registrations
  • Six tournament formats and ELO rankings
  • Realtime brackets and updates
  • QR check-in, Discord, imports and operator tools

03Verifiable result

A public SaaS with recorded, verifiable usage.

As of 13 August 2026, the database excluding demo data contained 48 tournaments, 102 registrations and 106 completed matches. The public platform also makes its features, pricing and organiser journeys directly verifiable.

These figures describe recorded usage at a specific date. They demonstrate the ability to build and operate a complex product; they are not a revenue claim or a promised result for another project.
