Enterprise & operations
A targeted digital project can remove friction at scale.
LandingCreation works on a clearly owned initiative: portal, internal tool, microsite, recruitment, subsidiary, factory, partner space or automation. It does not assume a large company needs to redesign its main website.

Adoption
measured after launch
01 — Qualification
An enterprise project starts with an owner and a current problem.
We clarify who owns the decision, who uses the product, which process must change and why the initiative exists now. A general opportunity to improve is not enough.
02 — Operational value
Return may be time, quality or avoided risk.
The business case may use cycle time, cost per case, errors, adoption, SLA, satisfaction, recruitment or risk. Adoption and attribution assumptions stay visible across prudent, central and high scenarios.
- Customer, partner or supplier portals
- Internal tools and automation
- Campaign or subsidiary microsites
- Recruitment or service journeys
- Owned prototypes and experiments
- Integrations, roles, security and documentation
03 — Governance
Scope and approvals remain explicit.
Each phase ends with a verifiable output and decision. Client responsibilities, access, dependencies, acceptance criteria, ownership and change rules are agreed before delivery.
04 — Evidence boundary
The capability is demonstrated without inventing an enterprise case.
ClutchBooking and PatAssist prove reusable building blocks: roles, payments, data, realtime updates, history and operator tools. LandingCreation does not present them as corporate engagements. A future enterprise case will only be published with verifiable context and outcomes.
FAQ
Useful answers.
Can you work alongside an internal team?
Yes. LandingCreation can own a targeted project, produce a transferable prototype or complement a capability without trying to replace the existing organisation.
How do you measure time saved?
With a baseline, affected volume, loaded hourly cost, real adoption and the share attributable to the product. Theoretical time alone is not reported as realised savings.
Frame the initiative
Which process or journey must actually change?
Share the sponsor, users, current workflow, constraints and known deadline.
